Marceau Narcy, (born March 31, 1889 in Briare-Loiret) was a pedal ace. He raced on a sky-blue Alcyon bicycle. Brother of André, Ferdinand and Camille, Marceau was professional between 1906 and 1910. He distinguished himself in the main French national events such as Paris-Roubaix, Paris-Tours and the Tour de France, which he twice finished 22nd. In 1910, he opened a cycle business in Bourges, which still exists.

Unfortunately, a 1st class soldier in the 82nd Infantry Regiment (the same as Alcide), Marceau Narcy, he died on September 11, 1914, in the lazaretto of Romagnesous-Montluçon, in the Meuse. He was buried by the Germans who took him prisoner.
